Raised as a Wycliffe missionary kid in the wilds of Papua New Guinea, Tad’s path has taken him from jungles to battlefields and boardrooms. He served in the Special Forces, shaping his expertise in survival training and leadership, before managing over $365M in U.S. Government contracts and founding a $38M business. Along the way, he even helped build the set for The Chosen, the groundbreaking TV series. Now, Tad dedicates his wealth of experience to equipping global gospel workers, blending strategy, cultural understanding, and faith to prepare them for impactful service worldwide.
Christy, his steadfast partner, has been the glue connecting every chapter of their remarkable life. With cross-cultural ministry experience and a gift for team support, she’s always willing to step into hard places to champion the vision. Her commitment to homeschooling their children while encouraging the mission adds depth to their shared passion for empowering others.
